The best day ever!

I have done make up for so many other brides and bridesmaids, but December 19,2010 was the most important event I have ever done. Everything turned out perfectly, the hair the make up, the dress!!!!!

Our wedding day was better than we could have ever expected. It was the best day ever. Full of fun, food, dancing and the most important part... love. All of our family came out to support us and enjoy our special day. Thanks to everyone who shared a part of the most important time of our life.

Dedicated to Love and make up

"Love isn't blind, it just only sees what matters"

"You will know the real meaning of love, when you fall in love"

Whether its your first date, boyfriend, husband or your beau, love is love. You always wants to look great for that special someone.
Getting ready for a date with your man can be exciting, yet nerve racking. You want to look your best while still looking like yourself. So making sure you’re not overly made up is essential.
When getting ready for a date your objective for your make up should be to look sexy, flirty, confident and approachable all without looking like you tried too hard.

Go for whats appealing to him. You should always be yourself and wear what you like of course, but you should also consider what appeals to him. What does he like? If naturally pretty types appeal to him, goth makeup would turn him off. Natural looking, subtle makeup would be your best bet. If he likes girls that are sweet and soft, pink blush and light shadow would be great. If he prefers dangerous women, sultry lips or smokey eyes would probably work.

To complete my date look, I layered a light peach eyeshadow with a pale brown shadoW

I topped that with a charcoal black liquid eyeliner

and finished with a plum blush

"Love is the irresistible desire to be irresistibly desired"

love can be the most fun, exciting, heart stopping experience when you've found the right person. With the right make up, you can become irresistibly desired by the love of your life. Once you have have found that person hold on tight and enjoy the ride.

"Love doesn't make the world go round, love is what makes the ride worthwhile."

Make up in Italy...troppo caldo?

Italy, known for food, history, romance and ... heat???
Too hot for make up? Never!

The first day we arrived to Rome, Italy it was about 90 degrees.

from that moment on, I realized I didn't need all of the make up I had packed because it wouldn't be necessary. Big glasses and bronzer were my best friends.

Of course there were days when the heat let up and so minimal make up was appropriate. On days like these I wore a little mascara, blush and eyeliner on the bottom. I kept it simple while still trying to keep up with the beauty of Italy.

Che una bellisima citta!

Red Carpet Event

Pictures from the Red carpet Party
January 2, 2010

For Krystle's make up I used a dark shade of fuchsia eyeshadow to complement her dress. I added a thick Egyptian line with liquid eyeliner for a dramatic touch, then I completed the look with rosy red blush.

A smokey eye is always a sultry classic. Here I used a gold eye Shadow for the base and layered that with black and gray eyeshadow. To make the shadow stand out more I finished with plum blush.

Tips from Tyffanie

*Keep it simple.
You don’t want to spend hours getting ready every morning, so keep your every day makeup routine as minimal as possible. A little foundation, mascara and lip gloss. Nice and easy .

*Start with great skin

When your skin looks good, the rest of your makeup routine becomes 100 times easier.
Drink water! I know it’s cliche, but it’s true. If you aren’t getting enough hydration, your skin is going to reflect that .Wear sunblock and don’t ever go to bed without washing your face. It’s a recipe for breakouts, wrinkles, and premature aging. The key to looking flawless starts with your skin. Healthy glowing skin is the perfect canvas to makeup.

*Do your makeup in daylight!
Put your makeup on in the best, brightest lighting you can find, even in front of a window if you have to!

Party Make up

Doing make up for parties is something that I love because that's when you can go wild, but of course with a classy touch. I love to mix and match eyeshadow to complement an outfit or for a nice surprise of color. Bright colors bring out the fun side in everyone.
