Dedicated to Love and make up

"Love isn't blind, it just only sees what matters"

"You will know the real meaning of love, when you fall in love"

Whether its your first date, boyfriend, husband or your beau, love is love. You always wants to look great for that special someone.
Getting ready for a date with your man can be exciting, yet nerve racking. You want to look your best while still looking like yourself. So making sure you’re not overly made up is essential.
When getting ready for a date your objective for your make up should be to look sexy, flirty, confident and approachable all without looking like you tried too hard.

Go for whats appealing to him. You should always be yourself and wear what you like of course, but you should also consider what appeals to him. What does he like? If naturally pretty types appeal to him, goth makeup would turn him off. Natural looking, subtle makeup would be your best bet. If he likes girls that are sweet and soft, pink blush and light shadow would be great. If he prefers dangerous women, sultry lips or smokey eyes would probably work.

To complete my date look, I layered a light peach eyeshadow with a pale brown shadoW

I topped that with a charcoal black liquid eyeliner

and finished with a plum blush

"Love is the irresistible desire to be irresistibly desired"

love can be the most fun, exciting, heart stopping experience when you've found the right person. With the right make up, you can become irresistibly desired by the love of your life. Once you have have found that person hold on tight and enjoy the ride.

"Love doesn't make the world go round, love is what makes the ride worthwhile."

Make up in Italy...troppo caldo?

Italy, known for food, history, romance and ... heat???
Too hot for make up? Never!

The first day we arrived to Rome, Italy it was about 90 degrees.

from that moment on, I realized I didn't need all of the make up I had packed because it wouldn't be necessary. Big glasses and bronzer were my best friends.

Of course there were days when the heat let up and so minimal make up was appropriate. On days like these I wore a little mascara, blush and eyeliner on the bottom. I kept it simple while still trying to keep up with the beauty of Italy.

Che una bellisima citta!
